1. Are the brands of charms you carry compatible with each other and will your charms fit other bracelets and charms? All charms and starter bracelets are interchangeable and compatible with each other, including Nominations. Links can be easily added or removed as desired.
2. Will the charms tarnish or turn black? No, authentic Italian Charm bracelets are made of the highest quality stainless steel and 18kt. gold. You may wear your bracelet every day and never worry about tarnishing or rusting. It is not recommended that you shower, bathe or swim with them on. A jeweler's cloth is all you need to shine them up again.
3. Do you have special offers? Yes! When you buy any four charms at regular prices you will receive the base bracelet FREE! Also, check our on-line store often as we put selected products on sale from time to time.
4. Can I place an order over the phone? Absolutely! Call us at (740) 754-1525 or fax us at (740) 754-2404. If we are unavailable, leave a message regarding the reason for your call and your phone number. We will gladly return your call.
5. When you fill my order, will you attach the charms for me in the order I need them to be in? Yes, just let us know what order you would like them in when you place your order. Enter this information in the special instructions box during the checkout process.
6. What if an item is out of stock? If we are out of stock on a particular item, we will notify you of a possible delay or check with you on another choice.
7. Do I pay sales tax? Only if the order is shipped to an address in the state of Ohio. Ohio residents pay the normal state sales tax (currently 7.0%). Otherwise, you will not be charged sales tax on your order. Orders may be shipped only to addresses within the US or Canada.
8. Can men wear charms? Do the Italian Bracelets make good gifts? Definitely! The Italian Bracelet is made to be worn by men, women and children! The bracelets are a treasured keepsake and a perfect gift for any occasion such as birthdays, graduation, anniversaries and holidays.

10. What payment methods are available? Several payment options are available. To place an order online, you must use a credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. However, you may also mail us a check or money order if you prefer. To do so, add items to your shopping basket in the usual way and simply select 'Check or Money Order' as your payment method when you check out. You will then be given an option to print a completed order form to send to us with your payment.
11. How quickly can you ship out my order? Unless unforeseen circumstances occur, we ship your order the same day (within 24 hours), excluding weekends and holidays.
12. How do you ship my order? Our regular delivery method is by United States Postal Service. Shipping and handling is charged at a flat rate of $5.00 per order. If you require expedited delivery, please contact us directly to discuss your needs. Note: Some of our product offerings are large and heavy and require us to apply special freight charges. If such items are included in your order, we will contact you for approval of the shipping amount before any charges are incurred.
13. What is your warranty? Our warranty does NOT extend to normal wear and tear or malicious damage. It only covers defects in the merchandise. In other words, if your product fails due to manufacturer's defect, we cover it 100%!
14. What is your Return/Exchange policy? Because we are committed to customer satisfaction, we offer a hassle-free return policy. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, just notify us within 15 days of your receipt of purchase. Please examine thoroughly your purchase upon receipt. We will gladly refund the price of your return (not including shipping charges) or exchange it with a similar item. All that is required is your dated proof of purchase. To make a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition and unworn. You are responsible for all return postage.
15. What is your Refund policy? With the exception of sale items, you may return the unworn or unused and in original condition items, for a full refund within 15 days of your receipt of purchase. Otherwise, no refund will be given. Please call us at (740) 754-1525 to discuss the problem and to receive your Refund Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Send it back to: The Charm of Dresden Attn: Returns PO Box 708 Dresden, OH 43821 Please include a brief note with your name, address, phone number, a copy of your receipt and a brief description of the problem. We will process the refund within 48 hours of receipt and mail you a check. The purchase of sale items are final. Refund does not include shipping.
